In ogni camera c’è il bagno e un climatizzatore. I proprietari sono disponibili e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Excellent structure, central location in the heart of the historic center of Modica. Recently decorated rooms with new furniture and bathrooms. In each room there is a bathroom and an air conditioner. The owners are available and the value for money is good.

Il propretario gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Ci ritornero' sicuramente. Lovely place! The spotless room, equipped with all comforts, in a strategic position right on the course of Modica. The owner is very kind and helpful. Excellent quality-price relation! I will definitely be back.

Locazione vicinissima al centro storico ma in zona facile per il parcheggio. Perfetto. Clean and cozy room. The host is very kind and available. Location very close to the historic center but in an easy parking area. Perfect.

Ben collocata sia per visitare l'incantevole Cittadina di Modica che per belle escursioni verso il mare. Le camere sono dotate di condizionatore d’aria per un maggior confort. Altra nota positiva il parcheggio auto libero vicinissimo alla casa. Da sottolineare, inoltre, la squisita cortesia, la disponibilità e la simpatia del titolare, sempre presente per ogni eventuale necessità. In definitiva un’ottima sistemazione che ci ha permesso di trascorrere una piacevole vacanza nella caratteristica Modica. We stayed for four days in August in the Madonna delle Grazie Holiday House. A well-kept, clean and comfortable facility. Well placed both for visiting the charming town of Modica and for beautiful excursions to the sea. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort. Another positive note is the free car park very close to the house. To underline, moreover, the exquisite courtesy, the availability and the friendliness of the owner, always present for any eventual need. Ultimately an excellent accommodation that allowed us to spend a pleasant holiday in the characteristic Modica.

Ci ha accolto con fare premuroso, preparandoci le camere rapidamente nonostante il poco preavviso e l'ora tarda. Al nostro arrivo ci ha persino aiutato a portare le valigie in camera. Si è sempre dimostrato preciso e presente per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è delizioso, pulito, pensato nei minimi particolari per essere funzionale e comodo. Quando torneremo a Modica, di certo sapremo a chi rivolgerci. Consigliatissimo! Mario, the owner, is a very polite, helpful and kind person. He greeted us with kindness, preparing the rooms quickly despite the short notice and the late hour. Upon our arrival he even helped us carry our suitcases to the room. He has always been precise and present throughout our stay. The apartment is delightful, clean, designed in every detail to be functional and comfortable. When we return to Modica, we will certainly know who to contact. Highly recommended!

Fornita anche di ampia cucina in comune con gli altri ospiti. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente nelle vicinanze. La posizione è ottima. Warm, welcoming room, small balcony overlooking the main road, it has everything you need for a good stay. Also equipped with a large kitchen shared with the other guests. The owner was very nice and helpful. Parking is easily found nearby. The location is great.

A	Anton Spiteri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very outgoing host helped us find a parking spot after we had some problems finding the property navigating on Google maps Best to look for 'Strada Merce' if you want to try to park near the Santuario. Otherwise look for 'Uni Credit' in Via Medaglie d'Oro and the property is right opposite with a yellow facade. In this case it is a few steps up to the entrance while for the first option it will be a few steps down. Regarding the property, it is very well kept and very clean. However what is listed as an 'apartment' is actually a bedroom with an e suite since the ground floor kitchen is in a common area. The apartment is practically in the historical centre.
