★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato questa sera per acquistare dei piatti in ceramica in questo negozio, entro con mia moglie e mia figlia di 3 anni.
Locale molto ricco di articoli, ma camminando tra le corsie devi star attento a non toccare nulla per l'esposizione selvaggia dei prodotti! Articoli in ceramica poggiati a terra, quadri e specchi impilati a terra uno dietro l'altro e piramidi di oggetti nel corridoio centrale. Passando per un corridoio con mia figlia sento un rumore, una pila di specchi scivolano su loro stessi e cascano a terra. La commessa subito mi guarda e dice: è stata la bambina che li ha toccati e sono caduti! Mi dice che si è rotto un solo specchio.
Dispiaciuto per l'accaduto mi scuso (anche se non è modo d'impostare la merce).
Non avrei mai pensato di ritrovarmi in cassa +10€ dello specchio (MAI ACCADUTO IN VITA MIA, a maggior ragione se a farlo cadere sarebbe stata una bambina). Ma con educazione, dopo aver pagato, chiedo di darmi lo specchio rotto e vado. Quindi vietato l'accesso ai bambini minori di 10 anni!
P.S. Un po' di educazione in più ai proprietari ed alla commessa non farebbe male!
I went this evening to buy some ceramic plates in this shop, I go in with my wife and my 3 year old daughter.
Very rich in articles, but walking through the aisles you have to be careful not to touch anything for the wild display of the products! Ceramic items placed on the ground, paintings and mirrors stacked on the ground one behind the other and pyramids of objects in the central corridor. Passing through a corridor with my daughter I hear a noise, a stack of mirrors slide over themselves and fall to the ground. The saleswoman immediately looks at me and says: it was the little girl who touched them and they fell! He tells me that only one mirror broke.
Sorry for what happened, I apologize (even if it is not a way to post the goods).
I never thought I'd find myself in the cashier + € 10 of the mirror (NEVER HAPPENED IN MY LIFE, even more so if it would have been a child to drop it). But politely, after paying, I ask to give me the broken mirror and I go. Therefore, access to children under 10 is prohibited!
P.S. A little more education for the owners and the saleswoman would not hurt!
