I sanitari sono buoni, ma la doccia consegnata ha le misure sbagliate. Abbiamo richiamato Casa in entro i tempi di garanzia, purtroppo loro ci hanno proposto di acquistare un pezzo ulteriore che avrebbe riallineato le ante, a carico nostro però... We redone the bathroom by buying everything from them. The tiles are of poor quality and after 1 year they are already chipped. Sanitary facilities are good, but the shower delivered has the wrong measurements. We called Casa in within the warranty period, unfortunately they offered us to buy an additional piece that would realign the doors, but we will pay for it ...

Ci hanno assistito dai disegni dei bagni fino alla consulenza con l'impresa edile che si è occupata del montaggio A noi personalmente ci ha serviti Luisa (dolce e formidabile nel suo lavoro) ma le altre dipendenti non sono da meno Li consiglio vivamente We have made 3 bathrooms with them. Impeccable service. Super available and wide selection of products. Excellent value for money. They assisted us with bathroom drawings and consulted with the construction company that took care of the assembly Luisa personally helped us personally (sweet and formidable in his work) but the other employees are not far behind I highly recommend them

Ottimo il prodotto e ottima l'esperienza d'acquisto dal primo momento in cui sono entrato nel negozio fino all'installazione. Sono stato seguito con professionalita' e cortesia. Peccato poi che tutte le nostre aspettative siano andate miserabilmente deluse dall'inspiegabile comportamento della sig.ra Daniela che non ci ha mai fatto pervenire il preventivo concordato, nonostante i nostri solleciti e le vari promesse; addirittura ha smesso di rispondere alle nostre telefonate che, ovviamente, noi abbiamo smesso di fare! We went to this shop for the renovation of two bathrooms and we were positively impressed by the solutions that Ms Daniela proposed to us. It is a pity that all our expectations were miserably disappointed by the inexplicable behavior of Mrs. Daniela who never sent us the agreed budget, despite our reminders and various promises; he even stopped answering our phone calls which, of course, we stopped making!
