È in un’ottima posizione, ha tutte le comodità, ci sono tutti i servizi insomma sembra una prima casa più che una casa vacanza, Inoltre i proprietari sono sempre gentili e disponibili. È vicino ad un centro commerciale, è possibile andare a piedi, 10 minuti dal centro sempre a piedi e a cinque minuti dalla stazione pur restando in un residence pieno di verde e di tranquillità.
