Visite complète, intéressante ! Pour les nez les plus fragile attention l'odeur est désagréable seul point négatif ? Accueil chaleureux, l'hôtesse à été très gentille, souriante, explications claires et détaillées Dégustation à la clef, un régal En petit comité c'était top, je recommande !!

Gastvrij ontvangst, een mooie rondleiding gehad en 1 van de lekkerste parmaham geproefd. Ze zijn nog op zoek naar een importeur voor nederland;^)
Welcoming reception, had a nice tour and tasted 1 of the tastiest Parma ham. They are still looking for a distributor for Netherlands; ^)

Une membre de la famille nous a reçu très chaleureusement malgré notre avance au rdv... cela nous a permis de d'échanger sur d'où l'on venait et de leur histoire... cette petite entreprise familiale travail encore à la main. La visite c'est passé tranquillement et en italien à notre demande et un peu en français lorsque c'était nécessaire, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir toutes les explications sur toutes les differantes étapes de fabrication du jambon de Parme AOP... je recommande cette visite mais en petit nombre vue la physionomie du site (nous étions 3)... une petite dégustation Jambon de Parme, Parmesan et vin blanc pétillant a clôturé cette merveilleuse visite... (La Ciotat) le 5 août 2019
A family member received us very warmly despite our advance appointment ... it allowed us to discuss where we came from and their history ... this small family business still working in the hand . The visit was spent quietly and in Italian at our request and a little French when it was necessary, which allowed us to have all the explanations on all the different stages of manufacture of Parma AOP ham ... I recommend this visit but in small numbers seen the physiognomy of the site (we were 3) ... a small tasting Ham of Parma, Parmesan and sparkling white wine has closed this wonderful visit ... Ho avuto il piacere di visitare la produzione e l’antica stagionatura, oltre a degustare il prodotto. Solo eccellente, è secondo me il miglior produttore di crudo di Parma.
I had the pleasure of visiting the production and the ancient aging process, as well as tasting the product. Only excellent, it is in my opinion the best producer of Parma ham.

Abbiamo visitato lo stabilimento ed è stato un piacere vedere ed ascoltare una famiglia tutta coinvolta nella produzione di questo prezioso prodotto. Ho scoperto tanti aspetti della lavorazione che non conoscevo ed abbiamo potuto degustare un eccezionale prodotto che mi impegno a ricercare nei negozi e che consiglierò agli amici.
We visited the factory and it was a pleasure to see and hear a whole family involved in the production of this precious product. I discovered many aspects of the process that I did not know and we were able to taste an exceptional product that I undertake to look for in stores and that I will recommend to friends.
