★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente consigliata la visita di questo stabilimento nuovo, in via Fabiola n. 13. Mentre al civico 8 resta il vecchio stabilimento, tuttora utilizzato. L'area esterna verde dev'essere molto rilassante per i momenti di pausa...uno scenario perfetto.
All'ingresso si indossa abbigliamento conforme: cuffia, calzari, tunica. E poi attenzione. Ci vengono spiegati i vari cicli, la movimentazione, la durata, le temperature, tutto in maniera chiara e competente. Che emozione provare con l'osso di cavallo a "bucare" la coscia nei cinque punti fondamentali.
All'interno grande applicazione di tecnologia per le varie fasi, ma la risorsa più importante e non sostituita è il carisma e la capacità di un leader di essere presente con la propria capacità manuale ed organizzativa ed uno staff fedele e capace. Tutti motivati, simpatici e cordiali.
A fine tour assaggio sublime di un prodotto superlativo! Un'esperienza indimenticabile
Absolutely recommended to visit this new establishment, in via Fabiola n. 13. While at number 8 the old establishment remains, still used today. The green outdoor area must be very relaxing for moments of pause ... a perfect scenario.
At the entrance you wear clothing that conforms: cap, boots, tunic. And then be careful. We explain the various cycles, the handling, the duration, the temperatures, all in a clear and competent manner. What a thrill to try with the horse bone to "pierce" the thigh in the five fundamental points.
Inside there is a great application of technology for the various phases, but the most important and not replaced resource is the charisma and the ability of a leader to be present with his manual and organizational capacity and a faithful and capable staff. All motivated, friendly and cordial.
At the end of the tour, a sublime taste of a superlative product! An unforgettable experience
