★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zentral gelegen auf jeden Fall, kurze Wege zum Stadtzentrum, definitiv. Saubere gepflegte Atmosphäre, ja.
Aber wer sich dort einmietet sollte sich auch im klaren sein, dass er quasi mitten auf der Bushaltestelle an der Hauptverkehrsarder in Malcesine haust. Alles was Motor/ PS und Fossilenbrennstoff verarbeitet raucht dort, Tag und Nacht, vorbei. Also bitte stellt euch auf kurze Geräuchvolle Nächte ein.
In any case, centrally located, short distances to the city center, definitely. Clean, well-kept atmosphere, yes.
But if you rent a room there, you should also be aware that you are practically living in the middle of the bus stop on the main traffic artery in Malcesine. Everything that processes engine / horsepower and fossil fuel smokes past there, day and night. So please prepare for short smoky nights.
