G	Giorgia Casella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di lavora in questa struttura e la consiglio caldamente. È un ambiente molto famigliare ma allo stesso tempo non manca la professionalità. La struttura è molto pulita e nuova. Il personale è disponibile e gentile ad andare incontro se possibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Gli ospiti sono curati a 360 gradi. Cucina di qualità e buona. Conservo sempre un bellissimo ricordo di questa esperienza lavorativa. I had the pleasure of working in this establishment and I highly recommend it. It is a very familiar environment but at the same time professionalism is not lacking. The facility is very clean and new. The staff is helpful and kind to meet any need if possible. Guests are treated at 360 degrees. Good quality cuisine. I always keep a beautiful memory of this work experience.

Mia madre è stata ospite loro, era accudito benissimo tanto che ha creduto fino all'ultimo di essere a casa sua. Il personale è ottimo e il cibo buo o. Che dire è come essere in un albergo a 5 stelle. Ancor grazie zatutti e sopratutto al Direttore che fa filare tutto liscio. It is a wonderful structure, very well managed. Obviously the credit goes to the Director who makes everything work well. My mother was a guest of theirs, she was very well taken care of so much that she believed to the last of being at home. The staff is great and the food is good either. What to say is like being in a 5-star hotel. Thanks again zatutti and above all to the Director who makes everything go smoothly.

La mia mamma è stata loro ospite per una riabilitazione molto delicata..... Avendo subito una amputazione transfemorale all istituto ortopedico Rizzoli di Bologna doveva riimparare a essere autosufficiente..... E dopo vari Istituti non all' altezza di questo compito abbiamo avuto la fortuna di entrare alla Gaetano Luce. I nostri ringraziamenti vanno a tutto il personale di questa struttura, sono veramente persone magnifiche che rimarranno sempre nei nostri cuori. Ora la mia mamma è ritornata a casa e lo devo solo al loro eccezionale lavoro. Mia madre inoltre mi riferisce scrupolosa pulizia e ordine di tutti gli ambienti, personale gentile e cordiale. My mother spent a short period of recovery after surgery. Ho notato una sala molto ampia e luminosa ma soprattutto la gentilezza ed efficienza del personale. Mi ha colpito l'attenzione amorevole verso gli ospiti anziani. La loro cura è oltre che sanitaria anche umana e spirituale . In questo ultimo anno so che la direzione e tutto il personale si sono spesi tantissimo per la salvaguardia degli ospiti dalla pandemia I was in Casa Luce for the 2019 Christmas lunch offered to guests and their families. I noticed a very large and bright room but above all the kindness and efficiency of the staff. I was struck by the loving attention to elderly guests. Their care is not only health but also human and spiritual. In this last year I know that the management and all the staff have spent a lot to protect guests from the pandemic

Quindi a malincuore mi sono dovuta appoggiare ad una struttura. Scelta migliore non potevo fare....la permanenza di mia mamma si è protratta x 3 mesi...mamma si è trovata MOLTO BENE.... Come dice lei IN FAMIGLIA. Io non posso che essere felice anche perché è stata seguita passo passo in tutta la sua degenza da tutti.... Fisioterapista, Direttore della struttura dottori e tutto il personale. Soddisfatta al 100% pulizia sia della persona che del luogo( parole della mia mamma anche perché purtroppo non si può visitare la parte interna) a tale proposito il direttore ha creato una sorta di abbraccio virtuale che in questo periodo è di conforto ai nostri nonni. Grazie, grazie, grazie di ❤.... Spero un giorno di poter entrare e salutare ogni singola persona che lavora li dentro. I met the Casa Luce residence because my mother had a hip operation and had to stay still for 50 days. So reluctantly I had to rely on a structure. I couldn't make a better choice .... my mom's stay lasted for 3 months ... mom found herself VERY GOOD .... As she says IN THE FAMILY. I can only be happy also because she was followed step by step throughout her hospitalization by everyone .... Physiotherapist, Director of the doctors facility and all the staff. 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of both the person and the place (my mother's words also because unfortunately you can't visit the inside) in this regard, the director has created a sort of virtual hug that in this period is a comfort to our grandparents. Thank you, thank you, thank you for ❤ .... I hope one day to be able to come in and greet every single person who works there.

La sensazione è quella di essere "in famiglia ", gli anziani sono trattati con competenza, rispetto e gentilezza. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e puliti. ottima la professionalità e disponibilità del Direttore, del personale medico,infermieri, oss,cuoche ecc.. My mom was a guest at Casa Luce for over 6 years. Nostra madre, deceduta di recente, ha trascorso gli ultimi dodici anni della sua esistenza in questa struttura per anziani, trovandovi un ambiente di calda familiarità, accoglienza rispettosa della sua condizione e disponibilità a soddisfare le sue esigenze particolari. L'attività specifica di tutti gli operatori ai vari livelli di competenza (personale amministrativo, medico, OSS, ausiliario), come pure il loro rapporto con noi familiari, sono stati caratterizzati da scrupolosa professionalità e grande, umana attenzione alle diverse peculiarità di ogni situazione difficile che si è presentata per la mamma. Noi tutti familiari desideriamo esprimere il nostro più vivo ringraziamento a quanti (e sono, e sono stati nel corso del tempo! sia operatori, sia volontari) si sono prodigati per alleggerire e sostenere giorno dopo giorno la vita della mamma, e venire incontro anche alle nostre eventuali richieste, laddove possibile ovviamente. Un grazie particolare va al direttore, sig. Fabio Ballestrino, che in ogni emergenza si è dimostrato colonna portante di questa bella, forte realtà sociale del nostro quartiere. Casa Luce.
