Beautiful apartments, clean, well served with everything, two minutes walk from the center and a few steps from the beach! Very kind and helpful managers.

Davvero un ottima posizione. La consiglio Mistress available, cute and reliable, the house is very large and has a spectacular view of the sea and the historic center of Tropea, with 10 minutes arriving at the sea while with 5 minutes you are in the center. Really a great location. I recommend it

Manca l'ascensore, e le scale sono in stato grezzo, quindi possono dare l'idea di trascuratezza .. l'appartamento è enorme, con un grande bagno e uno più piccolo di servizio. I mobili non sono nuovi, ma ben tenuti. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per una casa vacanza, e viene fornita anche la biancheria. Unica nota negativa e l'assenza di parcheggio, che nel mese di agosto diventa impossibile da trovare nei dintorni. Magari consiglierei ai proprietari di fare delle convenzioni con parcheggi privati lì della zona. The house is located very close to the center, in a private street, on the second floor of a renovated building. There is no elevator, and the stairs are in a rough state, so they can give the idea of neglect .. the apartment is huge, with a large bathroom and a smaller service one. The furniture is not new, but well kept. The kitchen has everything you need for a vacation rental, and linen is also provided. The only negative note is the absence of parking, which in August becomes impossible to find in the surrounding area. Maybe I would advise the owners to make agreements with private parking there in the area.
