P	Piervito Santarsieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli appartamenti sono belli e puliti, la sera spesso c'è anche un venticello ristoratore. Enzo è Sonia sono degli ospiti squisiti e cordiali. Il centro del paese è a breve distanza (raggiungibile a piedi). Il mare (stupendo) si raggiunge anche a piedi tramite una scalinata dal centro del paese. Consigliato! The apartments are nice and clean, there is often a refreshing breeze in the evening. Enzo and Sonia are exquisite and cordial hosts. The town center is a short distance away (within walking distance). The sea (wonderful) can also be reached on foot via a staircase from the town center. Recommended!
F	Fire Work on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati benissimo! I proprietari sono di una disponibilità unica e la casa era pulita e completa di tutto. Consiglio di venire automuniti o di affittare una moto se odiate le salite, noi non abbiamo affittato nulla e comunque ci siamo trovati bene. Il centro è a due passi, il mare no. Se chiedete a Vincenzo e Sonia sapranno consigliarvi la soluzione migliore, conoscono bene la zona e dintorni. Alla prossima ! We had a great time! The owners are of a unique availability and the house was clean and complete with everything. I recommend coming by car or renting a motorbike if you hate the climbs, we have not rented anything and in any case we were fine. The center is a stone's throw away, the sea is not. If you ask Vincenzo and Sonia they will be able to advise you on the best solution, they know the area and surroundings well. Until next time!

Appartamenti spaziosi, puliti e ampio parcheggio. Andateci e non ve ne pentirete!! The owners, Enzo and Sonia, are two nice and helpful people. Excellent location of the residence, near the center of Tropea. Spacious, clean apartments and ample parking. Go there and you will not regret it !!
A	Alessio Franzini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire ottima struttura ben organizzata e pulita si sono presi anche il bonus vacanza che dire ottimo i due propetari sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili ma solo una cosa c'è da modifiche allora il WiFi e come se Nn ci fosse perché va e nn va le case si sono areggiate ma soffrono molto il caldo perciò servirebbero dei ventilatori o dei lampadari con delle pale poi la notte nn si può dormire che tra galline Galli ecc... E zanzare e impossibile dormire però la struttura e molto bella ben attrezzata a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia degli dei top. E poi dopo la mia recensione insistentemente chiama per sapere la mia negativa recensione mi ha chiamato 3 milioni di volte e poi che dire se ne accordo dopo 7 giorni che nn vedo in appartamento e mi ha chiamato solo dopo la mia negativa recensione Mha che dire nn gli stavamo simpatici What about excellent well-organized and clean structure they also took the holiday bonus which to say excellent the two owners are very kind and always available but there is only one thing to change then the WiFi and as if Nn there was because it goes and nn goes the houses are airy but suffer a lot from the heat so you would need fans or chandeliers with shovels then at night you can not sleep that among hens Galli etc ... Camere ampie, confortevoli e ben pulite. Molto comodo il parcheggio messo a disposizione. Location poco distante dal centro di Tropea. Organizzandosi un minimo è possibile raggiungere numerose e bellissime spiagge in 5-15 minuti di macchina. Poco pratica la discesa a piedi dalla struttura al mare piccolo e grande sotto al paese. E' comunque praticabile per chi ama il trekking. Abbiano notato in generale, una gran cura ed attenzione; dalla pulizia dei locali, alla gestione reception. Non finisce mai di stupire la gentilezza dei titolari. Persone molto perbene ed oneste. Abbiamo risolto insieme anche un piccolo contrattempo che avrebbe potuto rovinarci la vacanza. Credo che non occorra aggiungere altro. * * * * * meritarissime. Con gratitudine Mg & Andrea We stayed a week in the structure of Enzo and his wife. The private apartment was found in impeccable condition. Large, comfortable and well-cleaned rooms. The parking made available is very convenient. Location not far from the center of Tropea. By organizing a minimum you can reach numerous and beautiful beaches in 5-15 minutes by car. The descent on foot from the structure to the small and large sea below the village is not practical. It is however practicable for those who love trekking. We have noticed in general a great care and attention; from the cleaning of the premises, to the reception management. The kindness of the owners never ceases to amaze. Very decent and honest people. We have also solved a small setback that could have ruined our holiday. Vincenzo e Sonia due persone squisite, cordiali, disponibilissime e dalla conversazione arguta e interessante. Pulizia impeccabile, posizione strategica, una perla nella Perla che è Tropea. Avremmo voluto tornarci anche quest’anno, ma purtroppo non si è formato il gruppo. Alla prossima! STRA CONSIGLIATO. We stayed two years ago in a beautiful Gurnella apartment, assuming we were a large and heterogeneous group of friends… we were DA GOD! Vincenzo and Sonia two exquisite people, friendly, extremely helpful and with a witty and interesting conversation. Impeccable cleanliness, strategic position, a pearl in the Pearl that is Tropea. We would have liked to go back again this year, but unfortunately the group was not formed. Until next time! STRA RECOMMENDED.
M	Maria Stanzione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le parole non sono sempre sufficienti per descrivere cose, persone, ed emozioni. Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente STUPENDO! L'appartamento , così come anche lo stabile, era perfetto: gli elettrodomestici nuovi e funzionanti , il letto e i cuscini super confortevoli, stoviglie assortite e ben tenute. L'aria condizionata non è presente ma effettivamente non serve. Il sottofondo del ruscello con annessi galli l'ho trovato molto rilassante. Ottima la posizione centrale che permette di girare la città a piedi (grazie anche all'ampio parcheggio di cui è dotata la struttura). Sig. Vincenzo e consorte sono due persone eccezionali pronte ad aiutare per qualsiasi difficoltà. Degno di nota è stata anche la possibilità di usufruire del Bonus Vacanza (che non è da poco). Che dire...Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui e visitare la magnifica Tropea, almeno una volta nella vita! Words are not always enough to describe things, people, and emotions. Our stay was just GORGEOUS! The apartment, as well as the building, was perfect: the new and working appliances, the super comfortable bed and pillows, assorted and well-kept dishes. There is no air conditioning but it is actually not needed. The background of the stream with attached roosters I found it very relaxing. Excellent central location that allows you to get around the city on foot (thanks also to the large parking area that the structure is equipped with). Mr. Vincenzo and his wife are two exceptional people ready to help with any difficulty. Also noteworthy was the possibility of taking advantage of the Holiday Bonus (which is not a small thing). What can I say ... I highly recommend staying here and visiting the magnificent Tropea, at least once in your life!

Molto curato nei dettagli. Dotato di TV led. Non c'è il condizionatore ma non serve. Pulitissimo. A 2 passi dal centro di Tropea e dal mare. Il signor Enzo (il gestore) è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci anche molte indicazioni. Consigliatissimo I stayed in an apartment with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a kitchen, living room and 2 balconies, one of which is very large with table, chairs and a large umbrella. Much attention to detail. Equipped with LED TV. There is no air conditioner but it is not needed. Spotlessly clean. 2 steps from the center of Tropea and the sea. Mr. Enzo (the manager) was very kind in providing us with a lot of information. Highly recommended
