Non posso che ringraziarli! A structure managed by competent people who make guests feel at home, kind and sweet as well as attentive to every health problem, always available with families even in this interminable period of COVID. Lei è vissuta in un ambiente familiare ,ricco di amore ,di cure ma soprattutto di protezione . In questo brutto periodo dove gli anziani sono stati penalizzati a causa del covid ,dove ci sono stati tanti decessi , nella casa famiglia Sant'Anna siete stati in grado di non fare entrare il virus ,di non aver avuto nemmeno un caso di questa malattia , siete stati veramente in gamba . Ancora grazie per tutto quello che avete fatto , un ambiente dove anche noi figli ci siamo sentiti parte di questa casa famiglia . We thank Antonella and all her staff for the loving care given to our mother. She lived in a family environment, full of love, care but above all protection. In this bad period where the elderly have been penalized due to covid, where there have been many deaths, in the Sant'Anna family home you have been able to not let the virus enter, not to have had even a case of this disease, you were really good. Saperla nelle loro mani è stata per noi una grossa consolazione anche in questo momento in cui è difficile poter stare accanto ai propri cari. Mia nonna è stata accudita e seguita in modo molto professionale ma umano. L'ambiente è famigliare e accogliente, gli operatori della casa famiglia amano il loro lavoro e questo fa la differenza. Thanks are due to Antonella and to all the staff who took care of and accompanied my grandmother in the last moments of her life. Sono attenti alla persona e sanno mettersi nei panni degli ospiti e dei suoi familiari! Cosa rara!! Sì mangia bene, Anna e Fabio sono cuochi fantastici e non è poco! Antonella è davvero una persona che fa la differenza... Capisce senza il bisogno di parlare! Lo staff è tutto eccezionale! È una famiglia... Con i pro e i contro, dove i contro diventano pro perché sono "vita". We found in this family home an environment, not just physical !!, wonderful!
