★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunatamente non ho nessuno dei miei cari all'interno di questa struttura ma sfortunatamente ci abito di fronte e anche durante tutta la la scorsa notte i lamenti di un ospite anziano si sono ripetuti per ore non lasciandoci dormire. Ora a parte la notte insonne, che non è la prima e ovviamente non è piacevole quando il mattino successivo ti svegli alle 5.30 per andare a lavorare....il nostro pensiero va alla persona che si lamentava e che evidentemente continuando a farlo non ha ricevuto ciò di cui aveva bisogno e se come già successo in passato chi gestisce la struttura si è giustificato spiegando che non poteva fare nulla in assenza del medico io mi chiedo se a fronte di una retta mensile per ogni ospite non sia il caso di assumere un medico 24 ore su 24 e magari attivare in estate un sistema di condizionamento che permetta una temperatura adeguata all'interno con la possibilità di chiudere le finestre e far riposare chi abita vicino. Sperando che questa critica possa migliorare la situazione sia per l'assistenza degli anziani sia il rispetto verso coloro che vorrebbero riposare concludo avvertendo che sicuramente se la situazione non dovesse cambiare saremmo costretti a prendere provvedimenti

Now apart from the sleepless night, which is not the first and obviously not pleasant when the next morning you wake up at 5.30 to go to work ... our thoughts go to the person who complained and who obviously did not received what he needed and if, as has already happened in the past, those who manage the structure justified themselves by explaining that they could not do anything in the absence of the doctor, I wonder if in the face of a monthly fee for each guest it is not appropriate to hire a doctor 24 hours a day and perhaps activate an air conditioning system in the summer that allows an adequate temperature inside with the possibility of closing the windows and resting those who live nearby. Hoping that this criticism will improve the situation both for the care of the elderly and respect for those who would like to rest, I conclude by warning that surely if the situation does not change we would be forced to take action
