Villa Silvana is a unique place for the serenity and well-being of our loved ones. The kind and loving staff, the clean rooms, the love for their work, are the setting for a real Eden for our grandparents. Keep it up!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di far soggiornare nonna da loro e devo dire che sono i migliori conosciuti in questi anni. Ottima pulizia della casa, curano molto le persone. Pensano a tutto loro dalle visite mediche ai piani alimentari ed altre esigenze. Li dentro sembra davvero di esser a casa proprio ed i nonnini non sono solo un numero come da altre parti. Grazie di tutto We found it to be a really welcoming place. They are attentive to the needs of every single person. We were lucky enough to have grandma stay with them and I must say that they are the best known in recent years. Excellent cleaning of the house, they take great care of people. They take care of everything from doctor visits to meal plans and other needs. In there it really seems to be at home and grandparents are not just a number like elsewhere. Thanks for everything

Vengono resi partecipi nelle attività quotidiane. Gli operatori svolgono il loro lavoro con amore e professionalità. I titolari sono persone eccezionali sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte mettendo sempre al corrente i propri cari su tutto. La conaglieri a tutti. Ampio giardino dove poter svolgere con i nonni attività all aperto e pranzi. Insomma un vero posto farro di relax e pieno di armonia. Il top del top. Excellent structure ... P	Patrizia Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perchè meno non si può, evitate questa struttura se ci tenete ai vostri cari, è tutto allucinante, maleducati senza un minimo di sensibilità e senso civico, dopo appena 10 giorni di soggiorno in questa struttura mio padre lo hanno fatto arrivare al pronto soccorso con saturazione a 32 e in grave ipotermia, hanno atteso di chiamare l'ambulanza quando ormai era in fin di vita e non solo, siamo state avvisate con un messaggio su whatsapp che mio padre era stato trasportato in ospedale, neanche una telefonata per avvisarci e come se non bastasse quando abbiamo tentato di avere chiarimenti non rispondevano neanche al telefono e intanto mio padre moriva a causa della loro incompetenza e negligenza. In ospedale ci hanno riferito in seguito che sarebbe bastato intervenire prima per potersi salvare. EVITATE STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO LAGER I put a star because you can't cheaper, avoid this structure if you care about your loved ones, it's all hallucinating, rude without a minimum of sensitivity and civic sense, after just 10 days of stay in this structure my father made him arrive ready rescue with saturation at 32 and in severe hypothermia, they waited to call the ambulance when he was dying and not only, we were warned with a message on whatsapp that my father had been transported to the hospital, not even a phone call to notify us and as if that were not enough when we tried to have clarifications they did not even answer the phone and in the meantime my father died because of their incompetence and negligence. At the hospital we were told later that it would have been enough to intervene earlier to be able to save himself. AVOID STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAGER

Struttura situata in un ambiente tranquillo ,dove gli ospiti vengono accompagnati nei loro gesti quotidiani , in funzione delle proprie possibilità da persone preparate ed soprattutto “Amorevoli”. Questo affinché gli ospiti non si sentano “ospiti”, ma per quanto possibile parte integrante di questa piccola comunità. Ringrazio gli operatori di questa struttura per la loro generosità verso questi nonni ed i titolari Enzo e Lucia. I highly recommend this property to those who cannot look after their loved ones. Structure located in a quiet environment, where guests are accompanied in their daily gestures, according to their possibilities by trained and above all "Loving" people. This is so that guests do not feel "guests", but as much as possible an integral part of this small community. I thank the operators of this structure for their generosity towards these grandparents and the owners Enzo and Lucia.

È vero mio padre soffriva di demenza senile e non era in ottima forma, proprio per questo andava monitorato più degli altri. I dottori non hanno capito come fosse arrivato così tardi, bella domanda, vorremmo anche noi una risposta. Fanno entrare i nostri cari in struttura con un tampone rapido negativo, però per portare mamma al funerale, non era valido per rientrare doveva fare la quarantena a casa, beh c'è qualcosa che non quadra. ??Poi molte altre cose, non provate neanche a rispondere perché ne ho ancora su di voi, meglio che tacciate . Sicuramente non mi fermo qui, voglio risposte e voglio sapere se mio padre si sarebbe potuto salvare se fosse arrivato prima. State alla larga se amate i vostri cari. I proprietari gentilissimi e premurosi. Faccio parte di un coro e abbiamo cantato per loro prima di Natale. È stata una bella esperienza. Complimenti a Enzo il direttore. La consiglio. I visited this property because I have a guest relative. It is a beautiful residence, well organized, clean and comfortable. The owners very kind and caring. I am part of a choir and we sang for them before Christmas. It was a nice experience. Kudos to Enzo the manager. I recommend it.
