Il giardino è molto bello, gli interni anche sono accoglienti e confortevoli. Anziani, anche non autosufficienti, assistiti egregiamente.
 Expertise, professionalism, great humanity, truly impeccable assistance and great availability of the persons in charge of the structure and of the assistance personnel. The garden is very beautiful, the interiors also are cozy and comfortable. Elderly, even non self-sufficient, assisted very well.

L'esperienza avuta con mia madre è stata assolutamente negativa basti dire che, febbricitante, in un giorno di visita sarebbe stata portata nel salone dove gli ospiti vengono parcheggiati ogni giorno alle 15 anche quando ravvisino la necessità di restare in camera (molto più comodo averli tutti sotto mano anziché doversi scomodare e controllarli in stanza); può essere meglio definita una "caserma" dove tutto deve marciare senza intoppi di sorta.
Villa Maria (port Castelnuovo) is a structure that strongly discouraged. The experience with my mother has been overwhelmingly negative suffice to say, feverish, in a one day visit would be brought into the room where guests are parked each day at 15 even when they deem it necessary to stay in the room (much more comfortable having them all at hand rather than having to bother and check them in the room); it can be better defined as a "barracks" where everything must march smoothly.
