When we started this adventure with dad, we were full of anxiety and sadness. Now even though we are aware of the disease, we are more serene, thanks to the presence of those responsible G. I. In effetti non la chiamerei struttura ma una vera e propria casa dove tutti sono accolti come in una famiglia. Nonna veniva da un'esperienza negativa, dove non riceveva le giuste attenzioni, supporto e stimoli e a Villa Fidelis abbiamo visto rinascere la sua allegria e loquacità. Il personale si è affezionato a lei così come lei a loro ed andarla a trovare in questo contesto è sempre stato un piacere, il piacere di sapere che una persona a te cara, in una condizione di fragilità, è in buone mani. A tutto lo staff e alla direzione, un caloroso grazie. My grandmother, who recently left us, spent about two years in this structure. In fact I would not call it a structure but a real home where everyone is welcomed as in a family. Nonna came from a negative experience, where she did not receive the right attention, support and stimuli and at Villa Fidelis we saw her cheerfulness and loquacity reborn. The staff has become fond of her as well as her to them and visiting her in this context has always been a pleasure, the pleasure of knowing that a person dear to you, in a fragile condition, is in good hands. A warm thank you to all the staff and management.
D	Davide Piesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Fidelis, è una graziosa casa di riposo dove i “nonnini”, come vengono graziosamente chiamati gli ospiti, respirano e vivono un aria famigliare, mai abbandonati a loro stessi, mai privati delle cure mediche e mai trattati come persone superflue in attesa di una loro dipartita. Mia mamma ha trascorso lì circa tre anni e in tale periodo, mai è stata emarginata, il personale infermieristico sempre presente è stato puntuale ed esperto nelle terapie mediche assegnategli, e nella pulizia è sempre stato accorto ed attento, non le hanno mai fatto mancare affetto, calore umano e distrazioni come giochi di gruppo o piccoli lavoretti comuni, ed anche in questo una apposita professionista si occupa dei nonnini. I titolari e/o responsabili Irene, Gianluca ed Emanuele con noi famigliari sono stati schietti, sinceri ed umani anche per le nostre esigenze di parenti a volte oltre il consentito ma, sempre pronti a capirci ed onesti nelle rette. Grazie a tutti voi rimarrete nei nostri cuori, meritate un 10 e lode. Villa Fidelis, is a lovely retirement home where the "grandparents", as the guests are graciously called, breathe and experience a familiar air, never abandoned to themselves, never deprived of medical care and never treated as superfluous people waiting for a their departure. My mother spent about three years there and in that period, she was never marginalized, the nursing staff always present were punctual and expert in the medical therapies assigned to them, and in cleaning they were always careful and attentive, they never made her lack affection , human warmth and distractions such as group games or small common chores, and even in this a special professional takes care of the grandparents. The owners and / or managers Irene, Gianluca and Emanuele with us family have been frank, sincere and human also for our needs as relatives sometimes beyond the allowed but, always ready to understand us and honest in the straight lines. Thanks to all of you you will remain in our hearts, you deserve a 10 and praise.
