Too much confusion, cold and unwelcoming environment. The staff, especially as regards the nursing department, is grumpy and rude. They argued among themselves in the presence of patients, unacceptable. Next time I will look elsewhere..Too bad, once upon a time this property was a gem. Management has probably changed and you can feel the difference.

My family and I always go to the Bonvicini clinic for medical visits and exams. We find ourselves very well. Congratulations for the professionalism and kindness of all the staff.

Little and badly organized. You book a visit and enter one hour after the booked time. It does not make sense. Poorly trained and mischievous staff, they do not consider you at all, they do their own thing at work. Clinic to be avoided absolutely.

Experience to forget Thursday 11 November: I enter with crutches and suspected injury to the Achilles tendon as well as tendinopathy in the elbow that makes me unstable to walk and therefore support me and at 360 degrees I do not see wheelchairs; at check-in they notice it, but they ask me immediately for € 185 but not if I would be comfortable with a wheelchair; I reach the second waiting room uncertainly and with difficulty; with a discreet but acceptable delay, very curtly I am 'welcomed' (it is an euphemism) by the technician who invites me to undress, making it clear that he has no time to waste ... with the plaster on one leg maybe undressing involves a delay ... .; forces me to enter without crutches along the corridor and towards the RM machine, about 8/9 meters ... well ... hopping like a grasshopper on one leg I am going (NB 88kg ... meniscus already operated on and the other knee in pain); The technician states that MRI should be done without plaster and I reply (it is really too much ..) that perhaps he should have told the orthopedist of the Merano hospital who visited me the week before; - he replies saying that I have to tell him; Alas, I am not a doctor, otherwise I would have avoided this familiar welcome; finally, after RM, he dismisses me with solicitude obviously without saying goodbye as I had made him some spite ... I really think that I will not do the next resonance here and I avoid the well-known conjurations of the case .. all for the modest sum of € 185 .... in Trento in private I would have spent 140 and the same day and maybe they would have treated me as well better .... but petrol crutches etc. they made me give up. The only positive note, the report received in less than 24 hours. Thanks go to my wife who assisted me ...................... On 18/11 I was called by the radiologist who openly apologized and who for various reasons related to the difficult moment related in an inappropriate and not congruous way with the professional figure he covers for which he has assumed responsibility. For my part, I have not suffered any consequences and I appreciate that when you are wrong you admit it. Greetings

Great Clinic! My husband and I have always enjoyed ourselves when we needed visits and exams. In particular, I wanted to point out the kindness and professionalism of the secretary Elena Congiu with whom I was able to relate to the prevention packages that my husband made in agreement with private insurance.
