Personalmente ho trovato un ambietne pulito, organizzato, veloce, tante misure di prevenzione anticovid e personale gentile e cordiale. Che dire... Maleducati.... Incompetenti... Obsoleti... Rispetto all'ospedale o altri centri prelievo sono molto disorganizzati e ritardo sul fare i prelievi il personale e sgarbato è frettoloso è piuttosto pressapochista. Sala d'aspetto è piccola, indecente, scomodissima. La segreteria per chiedere informazioni oggi era persino chiusa... faceva da factotum l'infermiera. Spero di non doverci tornare mai più. Secondo me la signora sarebbe più idonea ad un’altro impiego... sicuramente nn nella sanità a contatto con persone malate o bisognose di un’ informazione. Oltre la scortesia, già espressa in molte altre recensioni, devo aggiungere la difficoltà, se non molto spesso l'impossibilità, di contattare non solo il proprio medico, ma in generale lo studio, che, se chiamato, non risponderà al telefono quasi mai. Personalmente credo sia una cosa abbastanza grave in situazioni d'emergenza o di necessità a breve termine, specialmente se di venerdì. Questo, aggiunto all'inaccuratezza di ricette/certificati prodotte dallo studio e per cui spesso si necessita di tornarvi per ritirare quelle corrette, mi fa confermare appieno il valore espresso dalle altre recensioni: 1 stella, purtroppo.
