★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ci è voluto due ore per la stampa per due appuntamenti che avevo già dall'ospedale.servizio pessimo.un solo sportello aperto,assembramento di più di 20persone al sole ad aspettare di entrare.non ho parole.........

Impiegate che ad ogni utente ricevuto si alzano e non si sa dove vanno per poi tornare al posto di lavoro dopo 15/20 minuti.
File chilometriche, gente spazientita. Servizio lento e pessimo. Se potete evitate.

L'addetta dello sportello mi ha chiesto di inviarlo via mail; dopo averlo stampato ha prenotato la Visita. Grazie per la disponibilità e la cortesia.
I asked for a visit to be booked but I did not have the hard copy of the order because it had arrived on the electronic health record. The desk clerk asked me to send it by email; after printing it booked the Visit. Thanks for the availability and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti ,per chiedere una informazione ti chiedono l'appuntamento con tre persone allo sportello e senza gente dentro , vado al saub a Reggio in due minuti risolvono il problema senza appuntamento e con solo una persona allo sportello

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avviata in pochi minuti l'attivazione della tessera sanitaria come Carta Nazionale dei Servizi. Subito arrivata e-mail come previsto con la seconda parte dei codici. Nonostante qualche carenza informativa sul sito AUSL (lo sportello correto è SAUB e non CUP) la disponibilità dell'operatrice è stata esemplare. Grazie e buon lavoro.
Activation of the health card as a National Service Card started in a few minutes. Immediately e-mail arrived as expected with the second part of the codes. Despite some lack of information on the AUSL website (the correct counter is SAUB and not CUP), the availability of the operator was exemplary. Thanks and good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal educazione e mancata la competenza delle persone che gestiscono l'entrata nel edificio. Due settimane fa per andare chiedere informazioni ho trovato una signora che mi ha detto che devo prendere appuntamento e mi ha messo nella lista per la data 24 gennaio.. Due settimane di attesta per cambiare il medico vedendo che ho cambiato la regione Toscana per vivere in Emilia Romagna. Recando mi oggi ho trovato un uomo che oltre trattarmi per una ragazzina mi ha detto che non ci sono e certamente ho sbagliato la data. Dandomi per non competente e che devo prendere il appuntamento. Che dire lavorando 23 anni al pubblico per me non sono accettabili i comportamenti quel genere verso una persona. Vedendo che ho con la ignoranza davanti sono uscita dispiaciuta senza dire niente. Ho deciso di rimanere con il Avis in Toscana e lo stesso anche se ho cambiato la residenza con Ausl in Toscana. Umiliazione così mai vissuta. per
