★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da qualche giorno che provo a contattarvi telefonicamente, scorre tutto l'albero vocale dice che è aperto il personale è a disposizione e dice anche gli orari e poi la conversazione si interrompe, è possibile che bisogna recarsi personalmente e non vi si può raggiungere per telefono....allora ditelo nell'albero vocale almeno non si perde tempo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non troppo positiva. Dovevo fare una prenotazione per una visita, ho fatto la coda ad uno sportello, non era quello giusto, ho dovuto quindi spostarmi ad un altro particolarmente affollato. Arrivato il mio turno l'impiegata dopo alcuni minuti di ricerca si è resa conto che l'impegnativa era sbagliata. Altra attesa per il medico che ha fatto il documento corretto, quindi nuovamente allo sportello del CUP. In sintesi circa una ora per un'operazione che si potrebbe fare tranquillamente su Internet, ma per motivi ignoti le disponibilità per noi poveri "utenti" non sono le stesse. Speriamo nel futuro!!!!
Not too positive. I had to make a reservation for a visit, I queued at a counter, it wasn't the right one, so I had to move to another particularly crowded one. When it was my turn, the employee after a few minutes of research realized that the referral was wrong. Another wait for the doctor who made the correct document, then again at the CUP counter. In summary, about an hour for an operation that could be easily done on the Internet, but for unknown reasons the availability for us poor "users" are not the same. We hope for the future !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone molto scortesi ed arroganti. Imparate ad avere rispetto per le persone che si presentano in quel posto, anche perché ci veniamo per un bisogno, non per essere trattati con sufficienza e maleducazione.
Variate anche l'orario di apertura sul vostro sito, dal momento che non è corretto, in modo da evitare che una persona si sbagli e venga messa fuori dicendo di presentarsi alle 14.30 anziché alle 14.15.
Veramente maleducati, se potevo davo zero anziché 1.
Very rude and arrogant people. Learn to have respect for the people who show up in that place, also because we come there for a need, not to be treated with disdain and rudeness.
Also vary the opening hours on your site, as it is not correct, so as to avoid a person getting wrong and being put out by saying to show up at 2.30pm instead of 2.15pm.
