They respond to the public 1 hour a day. In full covid19 emergency, they work less than before. Bad service, but on the other hand we are in Italy.

Niente più code infinite che arrivavano quasi per strada, affollamenti continui, intralci e casino indescrivibile. Qui c'è ordine e spazio, è tutto organizzato meglio, più fluido e veloce accedere ai servizi, sia per quello che riguarda i prelievi che i ritiri dei referti. È facile da raggiungere e ci si muove bene, sicuramente molto più piacevole venire qui quando se ne ha bisogno, ripeto un bel passo avanti rispetto a prima. Anna, premetto che di frequente purtroppo ci rechiamo per questo servizio e solitamente sono persone gentili, questa mattina ci ha invece fatto il prelievo una Signora alla postazione n. 10 sgradevolissima e di una maleducazione senza limiti (non aveva il cartellino e non abbiamo potuto vedere il nominativo o non era visibile, con la mascherina posizionata davanti al volto), ci si reca purtroppo a fare prelievi molte volte per cose molto serie e ci si aspetta soprattutto con una paziente di 20 anni un po' di tatto e di educazione. qualita' totalmente assenti nella Signora. Ho trovato personale veramente sgarbato ....certI operatori danno x scontato che uno sappia sempre come muoversi all'interno dei vari ambulatori...come se uno fosse lì ogni giorno. Certi non si rendono conto di essere fortunati ad avere un lavoro. Capisco non sia facile avere a che fare con le persone, dico però che se non hai pazienza, cambi mestiere. Basta un sorriso, un saluto educato, invece trovi solo musi lunghi e scocciati. Credo tornerò ad usufruire di ambulatori privati....preferisco pagare di più piuttosto che essere trattata a malo modo. Chi purtroppo e' da solo si deve arrangiare ....
