F	Fabio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una batteria che in garanzia ha dato un problema: ritardo nell'accensione,il titolare del negozio dopo averla controllata mi ha detto che non aveva nessun tipo di problema e di far controllare l'auto da un' elettrauto ma anche qui tutto OK, non ho insistito perché l'auto comunque funzionava, al quarto anno di vita un elemento è andato in corto e ho dovuto sostituirla totalmente a mie spese, l'ho presa al supermercato x metà soldi e funziona benissimo I purchased a battery that gave a problem under warranty: after power on, the owner of the store told me that he had no problem and that he had the car checked by an electrician, but everything was OK , I did not insist because the car worked anyway, at the fourth year of life an item was short-circuited and I had to replace it completely at my expense, I took it at the supermarket for half the money and it works great

Mi è stata sostituita con una nuova anche se c'era il dubbio che fosse l'alternatore che non caricava a dovere. Warranty on a battery purchased about three weeks ago excellent. La risposta è cortese, mi avvisa che è complicato sostituire la batteria ma mi invita ad andare là nel pomeriggio. Nel frattempo non sono riuscito a mettere in moto l'auto. Richiamo per chiedere se può fare servizio a domicilio, la risposta è evasiva, sostiene che non può lasciare il negozio, che deve rispondere al telefono. Provo a smontare personalmente la batteria, effettivamente è complicato e non ci riesco. Decido di recarmi presso la sede di Biadene di persona. Quando arrivo, spiego chi sono e candidamente il responsabile mi dice che lui non la sostituisce, se voglio c'è la batteria di ricambio, ma il lavoro è complicato e lui non lo fa. Ma si può? poteva dirmelo subito alla prima telefonata, ma ha preferito prendermi in giro. Ed inoltre mi preme una considerazione: in un negozio di batterie non hanno nemmeno voglia di sostituirle? scandaloso! Bad service. La marca non si trova nemmeno su internet quindi non so che dire (me ne sono accorto dopo quando ho letto il tagliandino di garanzia). In Audi me ne chiedevano 235 per una originale con reset centralina (che lui sostiene essere una bufala di internet). Uno va alla casa della batteria e pensa che non ci sia posto migliore dove andare per sostituirla e invece purtroppo per me non è stato così. Molto deluso.
