Questo negozio è veramente un gioiello e il responsabile è competente, gentilissimo e, come ha già scritto qualcun altro, non cerca di venderti un prodotto solo perché magari deve smaltire della merce. Al contrario cerca di consigliare al meglio secondo le richieste ricevute. Se non ha il prodotto adatto, cosa difficile essendo molto fornito, lo dice senza problemi. Aggiungo, e non è cosa da poco, che anche i prezzi sono più che competitivi

Il titolare è competente e disponibile e ti mostra i vari modelli degli articoli che ti consiglia in funzione delle esigenze rappresentate. Confermo quanto scritto da altri cioè non punta a vendere ma alla soddisfazione del cliente. Infine propone articoli professionali (fascia di prezzo alta) e prodotti più commerciali.

Sa consigliare ed indirizzare il cliente in base alle proprie esigenze e non è solamente un semplice venditore che cerca di affibiare il prodotto che vuole lui. Sicuramente il punto di riferimento per chi utilizza prodotti del genere.

Avevo un problema con una tosatrice per capelli acquistata da soli tre mesi, ho richiesto la garanzia alla Casa del Rasoio poiché centro autorizzato Moser e mi hanno risolto il problema sostituendo la macchinetta, sono veramente rimasto felice ed entusiasta del prodotto e del servizio. Sicuramente ci ritornerò!
I must admit that at first I was a bit skeptical but once I tried the service in all respects I must say that I had a great time. I had a problem with a hair clipper purchased for only three months, I requested the guarantee from the Casa del Rasoio as an authorized Moser center and they solved the problem by replacing the machine, I was really happy and enthusiastic about the product and the service.
