★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione si riferisce ad una esperienza di acquisto on line e non ad una visita nel negozio. Dopo aver inserito un ordine nel loro shop, ho avuto la necessità di un chiarimento telefonico.
Hanno risposto immediatamente e sono stati pronti nel soddisfare la mia richiesta.
Non solo, il signore con il quale ho avuto il piacere di colloquiare, non mi ha liquidato rapidamente (come spesso succede presso certi venditori on line) mi ha trattenuto qualche minuto in una gradevole disquisizione sulla distribuzione ed ha avuto modo di darmi qualche disinteressato consiglio su prodotti per rasatura che nemmeno vendono sul loro sito! Persona molto empatica e direi anche altrettanto professionale, peccato che ci dividano oltre 800 km di distanza da questo negozio. Sicuramente in caso di ulteriori necessità mi rivolgerò ancora da loro.
Nel frattempo, il prodotto ordinato è stato consegnato in meno di 48 ore, perfettamente imballato ed integro.

My review refers to an online shopping experience and not a visit to the store. After placing an order in their shop, I needed a telephone clarification.
They responded immediately and were ready to satisfy my request.
Not only that, the gentleman with whom I had the pleasure of conversing, he did not quickly liquidate me (as often happens with certain online vendors) he held me for a few minutes in a pleasant discussion on the distribution and he got to give me some disinterested advice on shaving products that don't even sell on their site! Very empathic person and I would say equally professional, too bad they divide us over 800 km away from this shop. Surely in case of further needs I will turn to them again.
In the meantime, the ordered product was delivered in less than 48 hours, perfectly packed and intact.
