★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevo mai provato un pollo allo spiedo ma nei luoghi dove li ho visti "roteare" hanno tutti il forno elettrico, qui invece utilizzano la legna e ciò conferisce al pollo un sapore eccezionale. Delizioso. Tornerò al più presto
I had never tried a spit-roasted chicken but in the places where I saw them "whirl" they all have an electric oven, here they use wood and this gives the chicken an exceptional flavor. Delicious. I'll be back soon

Nice discovery during a short stay in Sciacca. We passed by by accident and purchased a superlative skewered chicken with fried potatoes. Extremely friendly managers and fair prices. Highly recommended.
