★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto c'è una vasta scelta. Sembra di stare in una pescheria di zona di mare. Il pesce è invitante e il personale ti sa consigliare perfino delle ricette. Se poi come me vi state avvicinando per le prime volte al pesce da pulire e cucinare non c'è problema....te lo puliscono e se vuoi te lo preparano. Insomma con gli invitati fai un figurone. Ti sentirai dire "non sapevo sapessi cucinare il pesce così bene" .....queste so soddisfazioni!
Poi man mano azzarderai a provare altre ricette e in poco tempo diventerai esperta. E vai sul sicuro... con questo pesce non sbagli mai!
