★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho portato il mio bimbo peloso per la toilettatura ,da dire che non è la prima volta che mi servo da loro,cliente abituale,ho un jackrussel broken,come da me chiesto tosarlo corto,al ritiro del piccolo non si poteva guardare una cartina geografica ,alcune zone a pelle altre con più pelo,sembra fatto da una persona senza esperienza,sono molto arrabbiata,perché ci tengo tanto ai miei bimbi,non ci andrò mai più,e se devo consigliarlo a qualcuno vi evitate di portare i vostri bimbi pelosi specie di questa razza,perché non sono capaci di farli,sembra tosato alla buona come fanno i pastori con le pecore...non si può guardare....poco professionali,e anche caro x il tipo di lavoro che potevo farlo anche ip a cada e l'avrei fatto con più amore....di certi di miei soldi no ne vedrà più......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo clienti abituali, 4 mesi fa portammo il volpino a tagliare il pelo e in 5 anni è sempre uscito perfetto. L'ultima volta gli hanno tagliato pelo e sotto pelo a pelle rovinandolo per sempre a quanto pare, il pelo ricresce a chiazze e in molti punti manca, senza i peli che lo proteggono dal sole gli sono spuntate delle chiazze marroni sulla pelle. Il veterinario ha detto che potevamo denunciare il negozio per maltrattamento di animale. Davvero una delusione dopo l'ultima volta, lo sconsiglio a tutti.
