Piccola ma con tutti i comfort: condizionatore, barbecue, piscina bimbi, patio e solarium attrezzato, ecc.. Beautiful villa just outside Gaeta, suitable for quiet and private holidays, but in just 10 minutes you can reach the beach of Serapo or the city center. Veniamo dalla città, quindi ci siamo catapultati nel verde, nella quiete più assoluta. A nemmeno 10 minuti dal mare, c'è tutto, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Grazie Sig. Valerio. I stayed with my partner for 5 days in this very cozy cottage in September. We come from the city, so we catapulted into the green, in the most absolute stillness. Not even 10 minutes from the sea, everything is there, we really felt at home. Thank you Mr. Valerio.
J	Jan Tijl Vangheluwe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valerio is een zeer aimabele man die al zijn afspraken nauwkeurig nakomt. Hij is heel bereikbaar. Het huisje was exact wat we ervan verwachtten. Het ligt afgelegen op een berhelling, omringd door een grote moestuin van de eigenaar en heel veel olijfbomen, maar toch slechts 2,2 km van Gaeta (de kust). Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor kusttoerisme, bezoek aan Middeleeuwse stadjes, Romeinse pareltjes en zelfs de Vesuvius en Pompei zijn perfect te doen als daguitstap. Het zwembad was proper en de twee verschillende terrassen bieden gezinnen met kinderen ook de nodige rust. Zeker een aanrader!!! Valerio is a very amiable man who accurately fulfills all his agreements. He is very accessible. The cottage was exactly what we expected. It is secluded on a mountainside, surrounded by a large vegetable garden of the owner and lots of olive trees, yet only 2.2 km from Gaeta (the coast). It is a perfect base for coastal tourism, visits to medieval towns, Roman gems and even Mount Vesuvius and Pompei are perfect as a day trip. The pool was clean and the two different terraces also offer families with children the necessary rest. Highly recommended!!!

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e molto seria, la casa è ben attrezzata,dotata di ogni confort ( addirittura Wi-Fi con pc e giochi da tavola) . È proprio come la si vede nelle foto.. spesso abbiamo passato le serate in terrazza, ci siamo davvero rilassati. È una zona molto tranquilla un po' distante dal centro ma le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili.. ci ritorneremo sicuramente ! I stayed in this house for 1 week with 7 people. The owner is a very kind and very serious person, the house is well equipped, equipped with every comfort (even Wi-Fi with PC and board games). It is just as you can see in the photos .. we often spent the evenings on the terrace, we really relaxed. It is a very quiet area a bit far from the center but the beaches are easily accessible .. we will definitely be back!

A place I will come back again and again. Close to the main beaches, not even 10 minutes away from down town and the famous Sant Agostino beach. In the surroundings historic remnants of a glorious Roman past (Cicero's tomb) and military fortress (Emilio 's fortress).
