Mi hanno consegnato la merce senza mandarmi conferma del prezzo finale ne tanto meno del prezzo al kilo per singolo articolo (cosa che solitamente altri produttori fanno). Era tutto carissimo. Dallo scontrino si può notare che (tolti €7,46 per una mozzarella di bufala) i prezzi sono assurdi (€12,90 per del songino non lavato e pieno di terra). Ovviamente ho fatto successivamente acquisti da un altro produttore, e posso confermare che i prezzi sono davvero più ragionevoli. Inoltre dopo averli chiamati per segnalare la loro mancanza di informazioni, non hanno minimamente compreso il disagio, e mi hanno risposto con toni poco carini che loro consigliano sempre di andare fisicamente la! Risposta perfetta in tempi di Covid-19. A few days ago I bought some fruit and vegetables at this place which was reported to me. Surely I will not do the same with friends and relatives. They delivered the goods to me without sending me confirmation of the final price, much less the price per kilo per single item (which other manufacturers usually do). It was all dear. From the receipt you can see that (removed € 7.46 for a buffalo mozzarella) the prices are absurd (€ 12.90 for the unwashed and full of soil song). Of course, I subsequently made purchases from another manufacturer, and I can confirm that the prices are really more reasonable. Furthermore, after calling them to report their lack of information, they did not understand the discomfort in the least, and they answered me with unpleasant tones that they always advise to physically go there! Perfect answer in Covid-19 times.
