★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa si trova in una bellissima posizione, il giardino si affaccia sulla spiaggia a pochi passi dalla scala dei turchi. La struttura ha un fascino d'altri tempi e l'accoglienza di Eugenia e Maurizio è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Speriamo di tornarci presto!
 The house is in a beautiful location, the garden overlooks the beach just a few steps from the Turkish ladder. The structure has an old-world charm and Eugenia and Maurizio's welcome was the icing on the cake. We hope to come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo: grande villa direttamente sulla spiaggia di Punta Grande, che anche nei giorni più "caldi" d'agosto non è mai stata troppo affollata e rumorosa. A poche centinaia di metri, lungo la spiaggia, dalla Scala dei Turchi, a duecento metri dagli scavi di una villa romana,anch'essa sulla spiaggia, vicino a Porto Empedocle e ai suoi servizi di base.
La casa: una villa antica, con un grande giardino e un vigneto che produce ottima uva da tavola, pareti molto spesse e quindi mai troppo calda (almeno l'appartamento che avevamo noi). Grandi terrazze attrezzate. Attrezzatura essenziale ma efficiente. Pulizia assoluta. Grande attenzione alla raccolta differenziata. Soprattutto, una casa con un'anima. Grazie anche ai proprietari: sempre presenti, attenti, disponibili, discreti, ma soprattutto persone positive, aperte, con cui è stato piacevolissimo conversare e condividere esperienze, idee ma anche serate conviviali. Insomma nuovi amici che speriamo di reincontrare.
Consigliatissimo.
L'Agrigentino, poi, non è solo Valle dei Templi (bellissima), ma uno scrigno che racchiude infiniti tesori.
The place: large villa directly on the Punta Grande beach, which even in the hottest days of August has never been too crowded and noisy. A few hundred meters along the beach, from the Scala dei Turchi, two hundred meters from the excavations of a Roman villa, also on the beach, near Porto Empedocle and its basic services.
The house: an ancient villa, with a large garden and a vineyard that produces excellent table grapes, very thick walls and therefore never too hot (at least the apartment that we had). Large equipped terraces. Essential but efficient equipment. Absolute cleanliness. Great attention to recycling. Above all, a house with a soul. Thanks also to the owners: always present, attentive, available, discreet, but above all positive, open people, with whom it was very pleasant to talk and share experiences, ideas but also convivial evenings. In short, new friends that we hope to meet again.
Highly recommended.
The Agrigentino, then, is not only the Valley of the Temples (beautiful), but a treasure chest that contains infinite treasures.
