★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soggiorno fantastico da Cico e Lola. Il posto si trova letteralmente sulla spiaggia (è presente anche un accesso diretto al mare) e nel complesso è molto carino con dei toni sul bianco e azzurro quasi in stile Santorini. Favolosa terrazza che da sul mare su cui si può fare colazione al mattino o cenare (fate richiesta in mattinata).
A proposito della cena: vi dico solo che è il posto dove ho mangiato meglio in Sicilia. Cico è un ottimo cuoco e si vede che ci mette tantissima passione, va al mercato, sceglie del pesce freschissimo e lo lavora con maestria. Il costo della cena (circa 40euro a testa a seconda di quello che trova) è irrisorio rispetto alla qualità e quantità del cibo che ci hanno proposto.
Per quanto riguarda la camera: fantastica vista mare con due belle finestrone, letto comodo, aria condizionata, bagno un po' piccolino ma ci si adatta volentieri.
Si raggiunge dalla spiaggia la scala dei turchi a piedi con una passeggiatina sulla battigia di circa 10 min. Alla fine però non ci si può accedere perché ci sono i sigilli delle autorità quindi l'abbiamo vista da fuori di prima mattina e siamo ritornati alla spiaggia sotto casa che era più pulita.
Super consigliato, se dovessi ripassare in zona tornerei sicuramente qui.
 Fantastic stay at Cico and Lola. The place is literally on the beach (there is also a direct access to the sea) and overall it is very nice with white and blue tones almost in Santorini style. Fabulous terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast in the morning or dinner (request in the morning).
About dinner: I just tell you that it is the place where I have eaten best in Sicily. Cico is an excellent cook and you can see that he takes a lot of passion, goes to the market, chooses the freshest fish and works it with skill. The cost of the dinner (about 40 euros each depending on what you find) is negligible compared to the quality and quantity of the food they offered us.
As for the room: fantastic sea view with two beautiful windows, comfortable bed, air conditioning, bathroom a bit small but we are happy to adapt.
You can reach the Scala dei Turchi from the beach on foot with a stroll along the shoreline of about 10 min. In the end, however, it cannot be accessed because there are the seals of the authorities so we saw it from outside in the early morning and went back to the beach below the house which was cleaner.
Super recommended, if I were to come back to the area I would definitely return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulitissimo e comodo fronte mare.. Proprietari disponibili... Per me troppo caro 134 euro per una notte senza colazione e con un bagno dove non mi e stato possibile fare doccia e bidè!! Perciò non adatto a due persone robuste!!
Very clean and comfortable facing the sea .. Owners available ... For me too expensive 134 euros for a night without breakfast and with a bathroom where it was not possible for me to have a shower and bidet !! Therefore not suitable for two robust people !!

A fantastic experience, where you can find the atmosphere of home in a wonderful place overlooking the sea, with owners who know how to pamper you. Cico an excellent cook and Lola a perfect hostess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe because it's the end of the season and this guy is tired of visitors but from my brief experience I can't recommend this place to anyone. I reserved a room over Airbnb and was looking forward to staying "right on the beach". When I got there, the owner said - in very poor English (since I'm bilingual I also tried German too, but he only spoke Italian) - "two people not possible not possible". Apparently they do not rent rooms, they provide some otherwise unnamed service on a per person basis ? End result being he wanted double the cost for the exact same room!! Not a small additional charge like LITERALLY EVERY OTHER PLACE IN THE AREA, double.
He then also turned down my request to cancel although I reserved the room only a few hours earlier. I'm a businessman and I get that cancelations can be devastating to a business if they block the calendar and the room can't be booked otherwise, but seriously?? A couple hours? After yourself turning me away or demanding I pay more than ANY OTHER PLACE nearby?
Thankfully Airbnb saw things differently and granted me a full refund. I proceeded to book an entire apartment, also steps from the beach, for ten euros less than my original booking!! From a really nice Italian family on top of that, not some jerk price-gouging tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fantastic, right on the beach. I was not lucky with the weather (a rare september raining day) but my stay was saved by the kindness of the hosts. It's possible to walk to Porto Empedocle by the beach (40 minutes)
