★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto Paolo e la sua mamma ad una manifestazione in centro a Padova e abbiamo assaggiato un paio dei loro prodotti: salame e soppressa con aglio. Vere delizie che meritano d'essere gustate, descrivere il gusto è difficile, e cosa per me importantissima, la parte grassa era omogenea con la parte magra e dopo anni che non mangiavo salame, ne abbiamo fatto una bella scorta.
Consigliatissimo!!!
