★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione della garanzia e officina non all'altezza. Dopo aver portato l'auto per ben sette volte per un guasto che nemmeno sono riusciti a trovare, ci siamo rivolti presso un'altra officina che ha risolto tutto in due giorni.
Bad warranty management and workshop not up to par. After bringing the car seven times for a breakdown that they couldn't even find, we turned to another workshop that solved everything in two days.

Personalmente mi sono ritrovato un conto da pagare ASSURDO !!!
Pezzi di ricambio sostituiti, fatturati fino a quasi 3 volte il loro costo di acquisto medio su internet ...
Fatto presente questo al titolare la risposta è stata: "io non compro su internet" Quasi come a voler dire che chi opera in internet, su piattaforme extra note (non faccio nomi ma tutti le conosciamo), vende prodotti scadenti o di dubbia provenienza.
Fortuna che esiste internet, cosi almeno ognuno di noi a modo di poter verificare ed avere un raffronto e sopratutto capire chi lavora in modo onesto.
Purtroppo non è possibile dare meno di una stella altrimenti, a mio parere, meriterebbe una recensione ancora piu negativa
NON CI TORNERO' PIU' SICURAMENTE e mi dispiace per questo perchè in passato i lavori eseguiti sono sempre stati "giusti" ma questa volta si è superato ogni limite di decenza !

Having said this to the owner, the answer was: "I don't buy on the internet" Almost as if to say that those who work on the Internet, on extra-known platforms (I don't name names but we all know them), sell poor products or products of dubious origin.
Luckily there is an internet, so at least each of us can verify and have a comparison and above all understand who works honestly.
Unfortunately it is not possible to give less than a star otherwise, in my opinion, it would deserve an even more negative review
I WILL NOT GO BACK MORE SECURELY and I am sorry for this because in the past the works carried out have always been "right" but this time we have exceeded all limits of decency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato per ben 4 volte per avere un preventivo della mia auto usata (Ford Kuga del 2009)...con l'intenzione di acquistarne una in vendita sul loro sito...non mi hanno mai ricontattato...Il titolare era fuori con un cliente,il titolare stava provando una macchina...dopo una settimana di attesa INUTILE...mi sono rivolto a un'altra concessionaria per completare l'acquisto.
SCONSIGLIATO
Called 4 times to get a quote for my used car (Ford Kuga from 2009) ... with the intention of buying one for sale on their site ... they never contacted me ... The owner was out with a customer, the owner was testing a car ... after a week of useless waiting ... I turned to another dealership to complete the purchase.

La vera nota dolente è pur tuttavia il titolare che spicca per totale mancanza di cortesia.. e quindi di spirito commerciale. Il decalogo di come riuscire a perdere un cliente motivato.
