La Cooperativa Mondo Piccolo scs in collaborazione con la proprietà dell'immobile sta riqualificando la struttura per riportarla a nuovo splendore ponendo attenzione al benessere degli ospiti e collaborando con personale qualificato. Le camere dei pazienti e gli spazi comuni sono lasciati all'incuria, non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto del sito internet! I pazienti pagano rette molto care ma il personale è pochissimo e non viene pagato per mesi e infatti cambia continuamente! Le titolari sono organizzate molto male e quando qualcuno si lamenta, smettono di rispondere al telefono, o alle mail.. Addirittura di notte spesso non ci sono infermieri e la terapia viene preparata da personale che non ha le qualifiche per somministrare farmaci! Inoltre ai pazienti, di notte, con la scusa che il personale è poco (una sola persona per circa 20 pazienti), vengono messi 2 pannoloni per evitare di cambiarli.. Assurdo. Direzione disponibile e gentile a rispondere alle domande e ai dubbi dei famigliari. Degno di nota è l'ampio parco esterno. Super consigliato!!!!! I visited the facility to include a family member. Inoltre il parco si caratterizza per la presenza delle risorgive del fiume Botteniga. Alcune caratteristiche: la cucina interna propone menu stagionali, la possibilità di partecipare ad attività organizzate da un’educatrice, al bisogno è presente un fisioterapista, il personale è professionale, gli ospiti sono accolti con rispetto e gentilezza.
