Nonostante l'apertura tempestiva del sinistro, non abbiamo tuttora ricevuto alcun rimborso dall'assicurazione stipulata presso la loro agenzia. Ci siamo dovuti affidare ad un nostro avvocato con conseguenti ulteriori spese legali.Ci hanno preso per il naso non informandoci volutamente del fallimento del partner Metamondo al quale si erano appoggiati.SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! We have a dispute in progress of a trip cancellation on their part communicated to us a few days before the departure due to management reasons. Despite the timely opening of the claim, we have not yet received any reimbursement from the insurance taken out with their agency. We had to rely on one of our lawyers with consequent additional legal costs. They took us by the nose, not knowingly informing us of the failure of the partner Metamondo to whom they had leaned. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

La sig.ra Simona è molto competente nel predisporre un quadro completo delle soluzioni di vacanza, indicando molto accuratamente per ciascuna pro e contro, sia pel location che per alloggi, voli e orari. SI è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile a partire dalle sedi di incontro, alla molteplici varianti da noi richieste in fase di definizione. Sono stato in qualche agenzia viaggi prima di rivolgermi a Simona come consulente Cartorange, ma non ho trovato la stessa competenza e disponibilita. A livello di prezzo indicativamente non ho trovato grosse differenze, però è giusto premiare il buon lavoro, e proprio per questo lascio recensione che non è mia abitudine fare. Ho fatto scelta di affidare la mia vacanza di viaggio di nozze a Cartoranze ed in particolare a Simona dopo aver avuto delle ottime referenze da amici. Ms Simona is very competent in preparing a complete picture of vacation solutions, indicating very accurately for each pros and cons, both for the location and for accommodation, flights and timetables. It has proved to be very kind and available starting from the meeting venues, to the many variations requested by us in the definition phase. I was in some travel agency before contacting Simona as a Cartorange consultant, but I did not find the same competence and availability. At the price level I have not found big differences, but it is right to reward good work, and for this reason I leave a review that is not my habit to do. I made the choice to entrust my honeymoon vacation to Cartoranze and in particular to Simona after having had excellent references from friends.

Vero è anche che è stato un viaggio tanto desiderato, ma organizzato nei minimi dettagli. Silvia ci ha offerto un week end lungo ad Amsterdam, fornendoci una struttura straordinaria sia per posizione , che per servizi che per .... coccole. Ogni dettaglio era pensato e pensato per noi. Silvia ci ha accudite dai primi giorni in cui pensavamo a come organizzare la vacanza , fino a che siamo tornate , una sorta di angelo custode , di stato di grazia La sua dedizione al nostro tanto desiderato viaggio , L abbiamo proprio toccata con mano.
