β β β β β Ho comprato un libro nuovo il giorno II prof di mio figlio l aveva cambiato. Il giorno dopo con lo scontrino sono andata per farmelo cambiare la titolare mi ha rifiutato il cambio. PS: il libro non Γ¨ stato ordinato per me in quanto c'Γ¨ la aveva in giacenza. Ovviamente avrΓ una cliente in meno. VERGOGNA!!!!
