 I ordered the books for my son who is in elementary school and still haven't received them all. This created many problems. His companions (who have turned to other bookstores) already have them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale impreparato. Ci hanno messo mezz'ora per inviare un fax ed hanno anche sbagliato la data e l'ora perché non avevano resettato la macchina. Me ne sono accorta qualche giorno dopo. Gli ho chiesto di rinviarlo e mandarmi ricevuta della scansione via email ma non lo hanno mai fatto.
Unprepared staff. It took them half an hour to send a fax and they also missed the date and time because they had not reset the machine. I noticed it a few days later. I asked him to send it back and send me a scan receipt by email but they never did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Libreria fornitissima anche di edizioni locali sulla città ed il territorio circostante. Uso il negozio anche come punto di ritiro di pacchi da commercio elettronico per orari in cui non sono a casa. Consigliatissimo.
Staff very kind and helpful. Library also well stocked with local editions on the city and the surrounding area. I also use the shop as an e-commerce package pickup point for times when I'm not at home. Highly recommended.
