★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio lento, svogliato ed arrogante. Sopratutto verso i clienti fedeli.
I quali vengono trattati con noncuranza e maleducazione.
Se si ha da dire sull'indifferenza di un ordine pagato antecedentemente dove è passato oltre un mese si viene attaccati, sbolognandosi la loro responsabilità a terzi. Non vengono incontro al disaggio creato ma ti salutano con la frase: "non importa se perdo 5 clienti, ne verranno altri 5"
Questa è la loro base di pensiero.
Pessimo esempio di gestione di un attivita e correttezza verso il cliente.

Which they are treated with carelessness and bad manners.
If one has to say about the indifference of an order paid before where more than a month has passed, one is attacked, disbanding ones responsibility to third parties. They do not meet the disadvantage created but greet you with the phrase: "it doesn't matter if I lose 5 customers, another 5 will come"
This is their basis of thought.
Bad example of managing an activity and fairness to the customer.

Few stories: choice, professionalism and courtesy. You pay for quality, but this is the only reference in the historic center for everything related to office equipment ... It's just a pity that the premises are not very large. I recommend it and I do not do without it
