★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochi mesi fa avevo fatto una recensione con 5 stelle, ma in questo periodo di compere scolastiche mi dispiace ma la signora ne ha perse 2 in una sola visita, voglio capire che il momento è stressante per i cartolai ma essere scortese e saccente con i clienti non aiuta sicuramente il commercio. Lascio 3 stelle per onestà perché il negozio è veramente ben fornito pur piccolo che sia.
A few months ago I had a 5-star review, but in this school shopping period I'm sorry but the lady lost 2 in one visit, I want to understand that the moment is stressful for stationers but being rude and knowledgeable with customers it certainly does not help trade. I leave 3 stars for honesty because the store is really well stocked even though it is small.

Penso che se non si è adatte ad un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico è bene cambiare mestiere e ogni tanto un sorriso è sempre ben accetto e non a stampo, un sorriso che stimola il cliente ad entrare e comprare e non scappare!! La vita è una!
Always unfriendly, if you don't buy, they struggle to say hello, unwelcoming and rude, the prices are a bit excessive! I think that if you are not suitable for a job in contact with the public it is good to change jobs and every now and then a smile is always welcome and not molded, a smile that stimulates the customer to enter and buy and not run away !!
