Ci siamo dovuti ricredere. Rispondendo ad un annuncio siamo andati a visitare questa casa,accolti da Andrea e una sua collaboratrice, insieme alla proprietaria. La casa ci ha subito colpito,rispecchiava precisamente quello che cercavamo e la visita è stata esaustiva nelle descrizioni. Abbiamo subito deciso di incontrare Andrea successivamente per approfondire la trattativa. Siamo stati accompagnati passo passo,con consigli, informazioni e supporto. Raggiunto l'accordo con i proprietari non siamo stati lasciati in balia degli eventi,anzi Andrea e la signora Lucia,persona disponibilissima e davvero di cuore,ci hanno seguito in tutti i passaggi,fino al rogito e addirittura successivamente, mettendosi a completa disposizione per ogni dubbio o richiesta. Che dire, assolutamente consigliata. Persone davvero molto professionali,disponibili ma soprattutto umane e attente alle esigenze di tutti,persino nei dubbi più banali. Per niente scontato in questo momento dove a volte prevale l'interesse economico a quello umano. Un grande grazie a tutto lo staff ma in modo particolare ad Andrea e Lucia. Se mai dovesse capitarmi di dovermi affidare ad un'agenzia sceglierei senz'altro loro. We have been looking for our ideal home for some time. We didn't trust agencies very much for fear of running into little honesty. We had to change our minds. Responding to an ad we went to visit this house, welcomed by Andrea and one of his collaborators, together with the owner. The house immediately struck us, it reflected exactly what we were looking for and the visit was exhaustive in the descriptions. We immediately decided to meet Andrea later to deepen the negotiation. We were accompanied step by step, with advice, information and support. Reached the agreement with the owners we were not left at the mercy of events, on the contrary Andrea and Mrs. Lucia, a very helpful and very hearted person, followed us in all the steps, up to the deed and even later, putting themselves at complete disposal for any doubt or request. What can I say, absolutely recommended. Really very professional people, available but above all human and attentive to everyone's needs, even in the most trivial doubts. Not at all obvious in this moment where sometimes the economic interest prevails over the human one. A big thank you to all the staff but especially to Andrea and Lucia. If I ever had to entrust myself to an agency, I would certainly choose them.
