La titolare è molto disponibile e competente e il negozio è fornitissimo, non solo degli articoli di cartoleria classici (carte regalo, biglietti auguri, articoli scolastici) ma anche di tantissimi articoli da regalo originali e difficili da trovare, da borse in pelle, a penne edizioni speciali numerate e limitate, da peluches per bimbi a set da scrivania in materiali pregiati....vale davvero la pena farci un salto! Calling it Stationery is a limit! La proprietaria è sempre indisposta e non è in grado di svolgere questo lavoro. Risultato? Ho dovuto pagare prima per un servizio SBAGLIATO e poi per uno NON RICHIESTO. Non si è mai sentito che un commerciante chieda ad un cliente di pagare per qualcosa che NON SODDISFA una PRECISA richiesta. Che schifo! Too bad not being able to give zero stars! INCAPACITY, ARROGANCE and ACCIDIA are the masters in this stationery. The owner is always indisposed and unable to do this job. Result? I had to pay first for WRONG service and then for NOT REQUIRED one. It has never been heard of a merchant asking a customer to pay for something that DOES NOT FULFILL a PRECISE request. How disgusting!
