I fax non partivano correttamente ed era un continuo riprovare. Morale: alle 19.20 ero ancora lì ad aspettare un quaderno, senza che nessuno mi avesse rivolto un saluto o chiesto di cosa avevo bisogno....sono uscita senza quaderno e amareggiata x la maleducazione dimostrata. I went in at 7pm to get a notebook for my son. Before me a gentleman who had to send faxes. The faxes were not starting correctly and it was a constant retry. Moral: at 19.20 I was still there waiting for a notebook, without anyone having greeted me or asked what I needed .... I went out without a notebook and embittered x the rudeness shown.

La confezione era aperta e ho chiesto conferma che fossero tutte e la proprietaria ha confermato che non ne erano state tolte ma che le si era accidentalmente rotta la confezione. Tornata a casa ho verificato e le cartelline erano 42.... Ho provato a contattarla telefonicamente ma non risponde. A me non cambia la vita, ma certo questo non è il modo per avere nuovi clienti. First purchase in this shop where I got a pack of 50 pcs transparent folders. The package was open and I asked for confirmation that they were all and the owner confirmed that they had not been removed but that she had accidentally broken the package. Back home I checked and the folders were 42 .... I tried to contact her by phone but she doesn't answer. It doesn't change my life, but this is certainly not the way to get new customers.
