A	Alberto M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo purtroppo togliere 2 stelle alla mia precedente recensione di qualche tempo fa, perché pur confermando che mi sono servito anni fa per lavori sia sull'auto che sul camper, rimanendo peraltro pienamente soddisfatto sia per i lavori svolti sia per i prezzi onesti, devo purtroppo dire però, che ultimamente quest'azienda, non si è invece dimostrata altrettanto precisa sull'impegno dei lavori e preventivi da me richiesti. Infatti gli ho commissionato un piccolo lavoretto, previo preventivo, sulla mia Fiat Punto nei primi giorni di dicembre del 2020, e ad oggi, 11/01/2021 lo sto sempre aspettando, ed inoltre nel frattempo, non ho ricevuto assolutamente nessun tipo di feedback. E' pur vero che per un'azienda il punto fondamentale è che lavori bene e che pratichi prezzi modici, ma è altrettanto vero che quando si assumono gli impegni, vanno portati a termine con impeccabile puntualità, e aver inoltre l'onestà e la correttezza di rifiutarli qualora non si possano eseguire, e se nel frattempo dovessero comunque sopraggiungere dei problemi inaspettati, impegnarsi a comunicarlo ai propri clienti con una semplicissima telefonata, credo sial il minimo che un'azienda seria debba fare Unfortunately I have to remove 2 stars from my previous review some time ago, because while confirming that I used years ago for work on both the car and the camper, while remaining fully satisfied both for the work carried out and for the honest prices, I must unfortunately to say, however, that lately this company has not shown itself to be as precise on the commitment of the works and estimates requested by me. It is also true that for a company the fundamental point is that it works well and that it practices reasonable prices, but it is equally true that when commitments are made, they must be completed with impeccable punctuality, and also have honesty and correctness to refuse them if they cannot be carried out, and if in the meantime unexpected problems should arise, undertake to communicate it to their customers with a very simple phone call, I believe it is the least that a serious company should do
