★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio land rover defender presso la carrozzeria Paveri perché avevo delle grandi infiltrazioni di acqua all'interno dell'abitacolo.
Già dai primi momenti e fino alla conclusione del lavoro ho avuto dimostrazione e prova di professionalità, alta competenza e onestà.
Sono stato chiamato piu volte durante il lavoro per spiegarmi l'andamento, lo stato e le scelte che avevano intenzione di prendere per svolgere il lavoro al meglio.
Quando sono andato a ritirare il veicolo (nei tempi concordati, puntualissimi), mi hanno mostrato video e foto dell'intervento, e le problematiche che hanno affrontato, e in più mi hanno fatto vedere i componenti che hanno sostituito.
Un lavoro impeccabile. Sono contentissimo del risultato ottenuto e per qualsiasi altro lavoro, sarò lieto di tornare presso questi professionisti.
I took my land rover defender to the Paveri body shop because I had large infiltrations of water inside the cockpit.
From the very first moments and until the end of the work I had a demonstration and proof of professionalism, high competence and honesty.
I was called several times during work to explain the progress, the state and the choices they were going to make to do the job better.
When I went to collect the vehicle (within the agreed time, very punctual), they showed me videos and photos of the intervention, and the problems they faced, plus they showed me the components they replaced.
An impeccable job. I am very happy with the result and for any other work, I will be happy to return to these professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fare la riparazione ci voleva almeno una settimana e Paveri mi aveva gentilmente concesso l’auto sostitutiva ma Apcoa, che gestisce i parcheggi a strisce blu di Piacenza, non mi permetteva l’utilizzo del mio abbonamento al parcheggio agevolato residente in centro storico.
La carrozzeria, di fronte al mio disagio, in quattro giorni (anzi tre perché c’era una festa di mezzo) mi restituisce la macchina perfettamente riparata.
Che dire… professionalità, ma anche tanta attenzione e sensibilità verso il cliente.
Spero di non dover tornarci spesso ma se avrò bisogno, SEMPRE PAVERI!
Non conoscevo quei ragazzi ma ora, a partire da Tiziana, sono i miei favoriti in questo settore.
Indiscutibilmente 5 stelle!
The repair took at least a week and Paveri had kindly granted me the replacement car but Apcoa, which manages the blue-striped car parks in Piacenza, did not allow me to use my subscription to the subsidized parking residing in the historic center.
The body shop, faced with my discomfort, in four days (or rather three because there was a party in between) returned the car perfectly repaired to me.
What can I say ... professionalism, but also a lot of attention and sensitivity towards the customer.
I hope I don't have to go back often but if I need, ALWAYS PAVERI!
I didn't know those guys but now, starting with Tiziana, they are my favorites in this sector.
Unquestionably 5 stars!
