Great experience, professionalism and customer focus. I suffered a collision, they took care of everything, including the opening of the insurance case. I brought my car, they opened the file and they immediately gave me the replacement car. Today I picked it up perfectly a great job and ... without thoughts ... I recommend this body with pleasure and gratitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritirata ieri l'auto riparata dopo un tamponamento subito, il tutto tramite assicurazione, ho scelto la Carrozzeria Pavan perché vicino a casa e mi sono fidato delle recensioni lette, ebbene, abbiamo constatato che hanno lavorato bene fin dall'inizio: ci hanno chiamato per la verifica del danno, hanno controllato in modo minuzioso tutta la parte dell'auto coinvolta dal tamponamento, hanno stilato l'elenco dei ricambi e dopo qualche giorno (4-5 mi pare) ci hanno chiamato per fissare l'appuntamento per la riparazione. Hanno sistemato tutto in due giorni e il risultato è stato ottimo.
Mi reputo ampiamente soddisfatto del lavoro eseguito e del modo in cui ci hanno sempre trattato, persone molto gentili e competenti, consiglio la loro carrozzeria.
Collected yesterday the repaired car after a rear-end collision, all through insurance, I chose Carrozzeria Pavan because it was close to home and I trusted the reviews read, well, we found that they worked well from the beginning: they called us to verification of the damage, they checked in detail all the part of the car involved in the rear-end collision, they drew up the spare parts list and after a few days (4-5 I think) they called us to make an appointment for the repair. They fixed everything in two days and the result was great.
I am very satisfied with the work done and the way they have always treated us, very kind and competent people, I recommend their body shop.
