L'operatore si è prodigato ed ha individuato il problema batteria in loco. È riuscito a risolvere e ci ha permesso di rimetterci in viaggio in sicurezza. Grazie di cuore. Great professionalism and sensitivity towards the customer. Having been stranded on the motorway, I received the Aci rescue from the Panigalese. Il servizio di officina è da ladri. Il costo è stato elevatissimo: per il lavoro svolto per cambiare un manicotto facilmente visibile, il termostato a vista sul motore e inserimento del paraflu hanno impiegato un'ora e mezza di manodopera. I prezzi dei componenti erano astronomici. Ho chiesto quindi di visionare le fatture di acquisto dei componenti, che per legge devono mostrare su richiesta del cliente. Non me le hanno volute mostrare, e hanno abbassato il costo dapprima proposto. Materiale di consumo inserito a caso nella fattura. La riparazione è stata veloce. Assolutamente da evitare. Sono bravi a fare la diagnosi dell' auto a costi elevatissimi. Solo per cambiare un tubo di €33 (costo del pezzo) con circa 1 h di manodopera €250,00+iva. As for the impeccable auto rescue service. Il giorno dopo (il guasto è avvenuto in un festivo), tutta la squadra della Panigalese si è adoperata per risolvere il problema nel migliore dei modi, con suggerimenti e indicazioni mirate alla risoluzione, oneste e disinteressate dal perseguire di ottenere il lavoro eseguito in toto presso l’officina. Un grazie speciale al titolare Giovanni e naturalmente a tutti! N	NIC TELECOMUNICAZIONI SRL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siamo incappati in questa Carrozzeria solo per il fatto che sono convenzionati con la Polizia di Stato e di conseguenza dopo un incidente in autostrada di un ns. mezzo , il giorno successivo abbiamo mandato un ns. carroatrezzi di fiducia a ritirare il mezzo dopo aver fatto bonifico , inviato il cro , l'autista del carroatrezzi quando è entrato per dire che doveva ritirare il mezzo, il proprietario lo ha aggredito verbalmente dicendo che non avendo i soldi sul conto non gli avrebbe rilasciato il mezzo, abbiamo fatto chiamare dal direttore della ns. banca per spiegare che il cro è un codice univoco che certifica il pagamento , non lo ha fatto neppure parlare dicendogli che non gliene fregava niente, fino a quando non vedeva i soldi sul conto non avrebbe consegnato il mezzo .. considerando che ogni giorno che il mezzo rimane in deposito si trattengono 15€ al giorno e che se non consegnava il mezzo ci sarebbe stato di mezzo il week end il giochino è fatto !!!, cmq. niente per dire che non credo che la frase riportata sul loro portale web (dalla ns. esperienza ) corrisponda a realtà .... sconsigliamo vivamente questo servizio , ma essendo convenzionato con la Polizia di stato , vi auguro 1 di non fare mai incidenti, 2 che il vostro mezzo non venga portato in questa carrozzeria !!! we stumbled upon this body shop only for the fact that they have an agreement with the State Police and consequently after an accident on the highway of one of our. half, the next day we sent a ns. They refused next day (a Saturday) to bring our car to a service point that was open and willing to repair the car. They explained us that this was against the "rules" and that the ADAC should have organised the transport. The ADAC said that they were the problem. I do not know if they earn money on the cars deposited in their place but they were really not helpful!
