Ho portato la mia macchina che aveva subito un tamponamento dal Sig. Giuseppe che ringrazio per la sua competenza , gentilezza , professionalità e puntualità.
Oltre ad avermi ridato la macchina in perfette condizioni si è preso carico di tutto l'iter amministrativo sollevando me da ogni incombenza.

I brought my car that had suffered a rear-end collision by Mr. Giuseppe whom I thank for his competence, kindness, professionalism and punctuality.

It is the second time that I contact Carrozzeria Palocco for accidents suffered with two different cars and I have received the usual professional treatment and without any discomfort, I have always used the car as a replacement, among other things, almost new. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia macchina incidentata presso questa carrozzeria, l. Auto di cortesia (nuova) è stata disponibile. Immediatamente (i tre meccanici precedenti a cui mi ero rivolta nn l avevano) ha rispettato i tempi di consegna previsti e ciliegina sulla torta oggi quando sono andata a ritirarla me l ha fatta trovare lucidata e con graffi e ammaccature precedenti sistemati.. Si può chiedere di più? Sono entrata con una macchina quasi da rottamare sono uscita con una macchina praticamente nuova.

I took my crashed car to this body shop, there. Courtesy car (new) was available. Immediately (the three previous mechanics I had addressed did not have them) he respected the expected delivery times and icing on the cake today when I went to pick it up he made me find it polished and with previous scratches and dents fixed .. You can ask moreover? I went in with a car that was almost for scrap and I went out with a practically new car.

Mi hanno pure dato gratuitamente un'auto di cortesia. Il lavoro è stato eseguito in maniera impeccabile. Mi è stata restituita pulita e lucida. Sono rimasto soddisfatto. Devo ammettere che mi sono rivolto a questa carrozzeria dopo aver letto le recensioni e non solo perché era vicino casa. La consiglio assolutamente.
