Dopo aver fatto riparare l'auto da loro (in periodo invernale) ho scoperto con l'avvicinarsi dell'estate che hanno lasciato il tubo del climatizzatore a contatto con la cinghia di trasmissione (con ovviamente rottura del tubo e fuoriuscita del liquido). Avete fatto storie per sostituirlo nonostante sia stata una vostra mancanza, offrendovi invece di ripararlo "alla buona" per non ordinarne uno nuovo (prezzo 600-800€). Facendomi comunque pagare 100€ di ricarica clima. Il "rattoppo" ovviamente non tiene, così dopo 3 mesi mi sono trovato di nuovo senza clima per fuoriuscita (di nuovo) del liquido. Ovviamente non sono tornato a protestare visto le varie insinuazioni effettuate la volta precedente (eeeh magari hai preso contro da qualche parte e si è spostato). Io di solito se commento errori a lavoro ne pago le conseguenze, sembra non sia il loro caso. Da evitare. Rivolto alla carrozzeria Master, alla sede di Lonigo, sono stati competenti e veloci. Macchina a posto. Si sono arrangiati con l'assicurazione, ho dovuto solo portare la macchina, alla riconsegna hanno pensato loro! Ottima esperienza, consiglio! Ho ricevuto un servizio eccellente, ho avuto la possibilità dell'uso della macchina in sostituzione per tutto il tempo occorrente alla riparazione, hanno preso gli accordi con l'assicurazione oltre a prendersi la responsabilità di tutte quelle pratiche burocratiche che mi avrebbero fatto perdere molto tempo. Tempi brevi per la riparazione e la macchina ne è uscita perfetta. Ambiente giovane e ben organizzato. Ringrazio molto tutti loro e sarà mia cura consigliarla vivamente. Al contrario di quello che mi aveva detto il titolare che non era lei quel giorno; non saprei di che agevolazioni stiamo parlando. I do not recommend. Ho fatto vernicare i cerchi alla mia auto e li hanno colorati senza nemmeno togliere la vernice sotto, lasciando così tutte bollicine sulla vernice e quando ho esposto il problema hanno anche avuto da ridire. Fatti riverniciare, un'altra settimana senza auto e solo allora andavano bene. Hanno lasciato l'auto senza cerchi, appoggiata su quattro pezzi di legno piegando la paratia dietro dei dischi freno.
