È arrivato dopo un'ora e mezza.
È riuscito con fatica a portare l auto sul carro attrezzi.
L'auto ha il cambio automatico e tutte le ruote erano bloccate.
L'auto è stata portata nel pm alla Renault ed è stata fatta scendere come se non fosse successo niente.
È andata in moto ed è scesa.
La Renault non è intervenuta sul mezzo e sono andato a ritirarla il giorno dopo.
Pare che fosse un bloccò dovuto ad una anomalia.
Bastava aprire a chiudere le portiere 2/3 volte con il telecomando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were assisted through IMA insurances after breaking down on the motorway. After 2 weeks of "repair" (they said it was a cable problem but they had fixed the car temporarily) and a 150 euros bill, we came back from France and drove 30 km until our car broke down again showing the same symptoms. I don't think anyone ever bothered to just open the bonnet. Or if someone has, it is even worse, thus adding incompetence to dishonesty. Why are these people still into the IMA network is beyond comprehension.
