★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'officina è lercia, in disordine, c'è un baccano infernale, clienti interdetti che si aggirano all'aperto intorno all'officina, nessuno ti dà retta quando arrivi, il personale è trattato malissimo, vestito in cenci, lavorano tutti in fretta, con i nervi a fior di pelle, e il titolare che si aggira per l'officina trattando clienti e dipendenti in modo molto aggressivo.
Non ci sono proprio le condizioni per cui un lavoro di qualsiasi tipo possa essere fatto bene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La coerenza non è il loro forte. mi hanno fatto aspettare una vita dopo che un'operatore mi aveva detto che la mia auto poteva accedere alla revisione.
quando la macchina doveva accedere alla revisione il secondo operatore mi ha detto che le gomme non andavano bene anche se il primo con l'idonea apparecchiatura aveva visto che il battistrada andava ancora bene.
risultato... perdita di tempo e lavoro e spostandomi di alcuni km la revisione è stata fatta senza problemi.
se la gomma è liscia e giusto non fare fare la revisione ma se non lo è non mi devi proporre altro al di fuori della revisione...

Dopo lo smontaggio, mi è stato detto che non era riparabile, quindi ho chiesto che mi venisse montato un pneumatico nuovo, l'unico disponibile per una Volkswagen Touran era della marca Continental, vecchio di due anni e mezzo....costo dell'operazione 175 Euro. Ho ordinato poi un altro pneumatico uguale, ma di quest'anno, da un 'altra officina, costo 140 euro montato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSOLUTAMENTE Sconsigliato! Dopo un soccorso stradale mi hanno portato qui e si sono offerti di farmi un preventivo gratuito, RISULTATO FUORI MERCATO, a detta del mio meccanico (per la sostituzione della pompa benzina).
Quando gli ho detto che l'avrei riporta a Milano dal mio meccanico i 150 euro di carroattrezzi erano diventati 248,00. Inoltre si sono tenuti tutto sia la pompa che il coperchio che il cestello ETC. mettendo in seria difficoltà il mio meccanico. Per non dire i tempi 2 gg per un preventivo e la poca professionalità incontrata. Mi è stato rinfacciato che non avevo pagato la diagnosi (quando il preventivo da loro offerto doveva essere gratuito).
Mi associo a coloro i quali non si sono trovati bene e SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMAMENTE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La macchina è stata riparata ma riconsegnata in condizioni davvero pietose! Per aprire manualmente il bagagliaio è stata rovinata tutta la parte in plastica che contiene il meccanismo. E' stato danneggiato il "dente"della parte in plastica che copre l'airbag delle ginocchia lato guidatore, il cassettino che nasconde i fusibili è stato rimontato in maniera errata per giunta con dei fili tutti schiacciati! Non riesco a capire se il sensore del pedale del freno è stato sostituito o meno anche perché non c'è stata da parte loro la volontà di fornire una fattura dettagliata e precisa morale 50 euro del sensore però se li sono presi! Ne hanno mostrato il pezzo cambiato...
Ps quasi dimenticavo per fortuna ho fatto le foto, hanno perso anche i "chiodini" di plastica che tengono la tappezzeria del lunotto posteriore neanche la decenza di metterne di nuovi! E la tappezzeria fuori dalla sua sede....
Io se lavorassi così mi vergognerei a consegnare la macchina in questo stato!
