Consegnato un fanale da moto per effettuare un semplicissimo scollamento e l'ho riavuto indietro appannato e opaco. Praticamente inutilizzabile appena scende la sera. Il signore si è pure rifiutato di riconoscere l'errore fatto, risultando offensivo e maleducato. Bocciato su ogni singolo fronte. I put a star because it's the minimum, but it deserves zero. A motorcycle light was delivered to make a very simple detachment and I got it back tarnished and opaque. Practically unusable as soon as evening falls. The gentleman also refused to acknowledge the mistake made, proving offensive and rude. Rejected on every single front.

Vado da loro da molti anni per piccoli danni generici ed è stato piacevole vedere che affrontano le cricitità con una ottima professionalità e competenza. Ci ritorno ma spero solo per salutarli!!!!! They fixed the damaged car for me and I am delighted because they restored it to perfection and delivered it to me in order, clean and on schedule. I have been going to them for many years for small general damages and it was nice to see that they deal with problems with excellent professionalism and competence. I go back but I just hope to say hello !!!!!

S	Stefano Falaschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l’auto una Smart la 4/5 mesi fa poiché ebbi un sinistro ed avevo ragione era saltato tutto il trasparente , già lì dopo pochi mesi significa lavoro dozzinale, l’ho riportata mercoledì hanno riscontrato che si poteva fare in garanzia, al ritiro dove fu urtata la prima volta adesso manca la vernice con un evidente scalino ancora peggio di prima. La mini gonna sotto mi avevano detto che c’era dello sporco e sarebbe stata ripristinata adesso è peggio di prima. Farò rifare il paraurti a mie spese da un carrozziere competente accreditato Smart. Per me non lavorano più. I brought the car a Smart 4/5 months ago since I had a claim and I was right all the transparent was blown, already there after a few months it means cheap work, I brought it back on Wednesday they found that it could be done under warranty, at withdrawal where it was hit the first time now the paint is missing with an evident step even worse than before. The mini skirt underneath I was told there was dirt and it would be restored now it is worse than before. I will have the bumper redone at my expense by a competent Smart accredited body shop. They don't work for me anymore.
